What We Build

Steel Bridge Fabrication

A bridge is one of the more demanding things a fabricator can build — it spans an opening and carries loads across it, with real consequences if a member or weld isn’t right. Steel bridge fabrication therefore demands accurate cutting, precise fit-up, and sound structural welding to the strength the engineering specifies. We fabricate steel bridge components and small-span bridge structures to that standard, treating them as the load-bearing, safety-relevant structures they are and building them accurately from the design.

Components & Small-Span Structures

We fabricate both bridge components — girders, beams, deck framing, and connection assemblies — and complete small-span bridge structures. For access and pedestrian bridges, industrial crossings, and light vehicular spans, we can build the whole structure; for larger projects, we fabricate the steel components to be erected on-site. In either case, we work from the engineered design, fabricating members to accurate dimension with the connections and details the drawings specify, so everything fits and performs as intended.

Bridges must go together precisely — members have to align, connections have to match, and the geometry has to be true for the structure to carry load correctly and install cleanly. We fabricate bridge steel to accurate dimensions, using our processing equipment to cut members and connection features precisely. That accuracy ensures the components fit at erection, whether bolting or welding in the field, and that the finished bridge matches its engineered geometry. On a load-bearing span, that precision isn’t optional — it’s fundamental.

Sound Structural Welding

The welds in a bridge carry load and matter enormously, so we fabricate to certified weld procedures with qualified welders and documented quality control. Where required, we can examine critical welds with non-destructive testing and provide material traceability, giving verified, documented assurance that the structure’s welds meet specification.
